The main reason is because I'm facing some tough competion, espically from Nick. He has written some great posts about being the greatest real estate agent in the world. Its evident that hes dedicated quite a bit of time towards this competition. Unfortently, I'm not sure how much time I'm willing to put into to contest.
Somehow I've managed to remain on the first page of Google virtual with no effort whatsoever. All I did was add a short post to my blog. So I'm thinking with just a bit of link love, I could make a hugh jump. So if you like my post, send me a link!
