New San Antonio Real Estate Site

With the overwhelming success, VIP Realty has obtained in Dallas, we've decided to expand into the San Antonio real estate market. Currently we have no MLS access, no office, nor do we have an agents in the area.

So whats the game plan? First, two of our best agents have agreed to relocate to start up our VIP Realty - San Antonio office in November. Knowing that I have two wonderful and loyal agents I can depend on, allows me to have great peace about the new office. Not only will it be a win for VIP Realty, but also for the agents.

Second, was to start working on our internet presence, which was actually the first thing we did. We began with an $80 wordpress site. However, I decided to go ahead and get it done right, so we've began development on our next REW Custom site "should of done this to begin with". When we first upgraded our Dallas site from an REW template and iframe MLS, to a custom site with REW IDX, we literally seen our leads double, so going this route in San Antonio was a no brainier.

Third, I guess I better join the San Antonio board so REW can start working on our IDX
