No more frills or special incentives, builders are finally in tune with today's home buyers. Most buyers could careless about a free flat screen T.V., they want a price reduction! Besides, you can afford to purchase your own flat screen T.V. if you just saved $50,000 of the asking price.

The Forest City Land Group, which is part of Forest City Enterprises, Inc., along with Covington Capital Corporation, acquired more than 2,500 single-family home lots in San Antonio back in January.
