So I've been racking my brain lately trying to figure out how to create funny real estate videos to post on YouTube in the name of viral marketing.  I've had all sorts of ideas... most revolving around real-life, outrageous events.

Like that time an agent in our office showed a vacant house and found naked vagrants going at it in the empty bedroom.  Or how about the agent (in a different office of course) who showed the wrong house and caught the resident by surprise as she exited the shower.  Or the stoned buyer.  Or the one who's insistent on waterfront property for under $100/square foot.  Or the paranoid seller.

Problem is, I'm not an actor.  I don't even know how to make digital film.  So if anyone has suggestions on how I can get started,…

Do you feel the love?  I sure do!  Keller Williams agents in Wilmington NC begin profit sharing this month, and we're kicking it off with a private party July 24th (the day before my birthday!) hosted by loan officer Linda Skipper of Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc.  The goal of the profit-sharing program, designed by Keller Williams International, is to reward KW agents for their efforts in building what Inman News named the Most Innovative Real Estate Company.  Approximately 40% of Keller Williams Wilmington's profits from the month of June will be shared back to agents in the office; this will continue each month moving forward.

We're geeks and proud!  That's the theme of our newest blog.  Well, that and how to make extra cash in a slowing market.  In the last 30 days, we've gone from having zero blogs to four.  Keeping up with them is a job of its own (nicely illustrated by this post-deprived site). 

However our latest blog, focused on Wilmington Real Estate Stats, has me especially excited this evening.  Maybe it's the cute icons, or perhaps it's the potential that people may actually feed off it.  On the other hand, it's probably the idea that this blog could, perhaps, generate some some-what passive income.
