My name is Chris Proctor, and I am a Realtor ® with Realty Executives – Devonshire Realty in Edmonton.

I grew up in Edmonton and have a great love for this city. I strive to share this feeling by helping clients with their real estate needs, whether they are looking to buy or sell real estate in Edmonton’s many neighbourhoods. I am striving to be a great resource for first time home buyers who might be unfamiliar with the home buying process by regularly taking classes and workshops to help me learn how to help my customers better.

I love to share my passion for my job with all of my clients. I endeavour to be available for my clients as much as they need and to be forthcoming and up front with them about every step of the buying or selling process.
