March 2012 Fort Meade Area Real Estate Update for Anne Arundel County MD
There were 430 homes sold in the Fort Meade Real Estate market area of Anne Arundel county in March 2012. That is an increase of almost 10% from the same period in 2011. Separating out just the attached units (condos, townhomes, duplexes etc) shows a volume increase of over 20%. And we are feeling it in team activity as well.
