     Located in Dacula in Gwinnett County is Hamilton Mill. This community is a small city! Over 2000 homes and a Fred Couples designed semi-private golf Course. We have played the course and it is quite enjoyable, hilly, tight in some areas, lots of diversity our favorite is 18. The Course begins at a small town area with shops and a square. For years this community was always a must see when it was under construction, and it still is... There are multiple amenity area, the homes are predominately traditional. Driving into the community shows off the Golf course and gives you the feeling of just how large it is. Prices range from $250,000 to $1,000,000.

     Located 30 miles North East of Atlanta we find  Chateau Elan Country Club, Resort, Winery, Spa, and everything else you van imagine. 63 HOLES OF GOLF, I would never leave. We have been to social functions there and the accomodations are perfect for it. As expected these resort courses are exceptional, 3 championship layouts and a 9 hole course. A gated Community in the hot spot at the Gwinnett Barrow County line, the homes range from Traditional, Craftsman, up to spectatcular mansions. Prices range from $400,000 to 4,000,000.

     Located in Dacula in thriving Gwinnett County Georgia is Trophy Club of Apalachee. This is one of the most affordable golf communities in Atlanta! We played this course when it first opened and enjoyed, we have been told the course has been modified since then. The course was designed by Steve Melnyk and opened in 1994, memberships are available , but, you do not need one. The homes are predominately traditional in style, brick/stucco fronts with accents. There are different sections of neighborhoods in the development as the course straddles both sides of Dacula Rd. Prices range from $200,000 to $500,000, a bargain compared to other Atlanta Golf communities.
