Don't just think outside the box, beat the crap out of it!

Did you read the title. I hope you did. I'm sure you have hear the term "think outside the box." Yes I know the term sounds cliche, but it's true. In Real Estate, you have to be unique and different to survive in this market. Many agents today still do thing the old fashion way. They use print advertising, do open houses, give out recipes for there favorite pies. Pies, really? Here is another thing are these slogans that some of these agents come up.

Here's an examply Tipper McGee Realty, where dreams come true." Let's analyze this for a second. Are your dreams really coming true if you use a Realtor? If anything, they can make your life a living nightmare if you pick the wrong one. Besides dreams are in your sleep.  Now I'm not trying to knock Realtors who do thing the old fashion way. It's not there fault. It's just what they have been trained to do by brokerages who don't know how to train there people.  That is why you have a number of Realtors out there who are struggling to survive because they never were trained on how to run their business and provide quality customer service to their clients. 

Doing things differently does take alot of courage, especially if you are successful. People will try to bring you down for various reasons. Jealousy, greed,  hemmorhoids, who knows. They have there own motives. The most important thing is that you stay true to yourself, protect your clients best interests and be ethical by following the law.   Are you inspired? Good. Now go out there and piss other Realtors off. It's so much fun.
