Can Gas Prices Get Any Higher??

photo fulltimemom

The  other day I was in New York on my way to the airport when my daughter reminded me that we needed to fill the car before returning it, so that we would not have to pay the inflated gas rates that the rental agencies charge. Stopping in a nearby town we were shocked to find gas priced at $4.65 p/gallon. Thinking that we could do better we drove around for 10 minutes (wasting more gas) only to find 2 other stations with similarly priced gas. Grateful that we had rented an economy sized car (and that I wasn't driving my new "crossover vehicle" whatever that means) we filled up and $55.00 later we were on our way.

Arriving back in Florida I was pleasantly surprised to find gas priced at a reasonable (hahaha) $4.27 at one station and $4.13 a mere 1/2…

My First Blog Ever!!

photo fulltimemom

I need feed-back please from fellow realtors (or anyone in a service type industry)- Does anyone but me have a problem saying "no" to customers?

I'm not sure if it's the fear of losing business, or the fact that I really do enjoy helping my customers, or that I'm a borderline insomniac so I might as well be working if  I'm up anyway, but am I setting a bad precedent by showing my customers that I am always available no matter what time of day? And what about my family, am I being fair to them???

Let me know what you think.
