LaurelBrooke is one of those communities that has set itself apart from other luxury home developments.

As soon as you enter through the security gates you realize that this is a development that has been engineered to architects and landscape visionaries to create a feeling of opulence and welcoming ambiance that is unmatched any any other developer.

 I've lucky enough to show anumber of homes over the past few years and every visit I am still impressed by the architectural sytle and vision that makes this one of the most desirable gated subdivisions in the Greater nashville area.

The price range of homes in this upscale subdivision startas at just under $1 million and goes all the way up to around $8 million. Each home is on a minimum of .5 of an acre and some homes are on 2 or more acres and can back up to common land.

Access to down town Nashville is about 25 minutes and Franklin is only about 10 miutes away. Cool Springs and its vast array of stores and shopping is also around 10 minutes away. Leipers Fork and the Natchez Trace are also just 15 minutes away so LaurelBrooke is perfectly situated.
