The concept of a home in the city and living in the country has been around for a long time especially in places like England where a place in the city and a country estate was considered a necessity by the rich and wealthy.
With the advent of the baby boomers comimg close to retirement the concept has found new life. Not content to retire like previous generations and potter around in the garden they are looking to live life to the full.
The growth of the downtown retaurants and nightlife has enticed more and more people into the concept urban living utilising all the benefits of city life.
The new Signature Tower has tapped into to the concept of the buyer that is looking for the ability to live downtown and have access to the arts and restaurants and then just walk home.
Also the Signature Tower will provide a level of service and appointments that the upscale buyer has come to expect. As the lower levels of the Tower will actually be a full service boutique hotel. Now when the residents decide the need a meal at 3:00am and they don't want to cook they just have to call room service. If the need their clothes drycleaning at a moments notice they can just call for room service. Its like living in a hotel when you need their services but actually in the comfort of your own home.
