Leukemia Charity Golf Event In Nashville Tennessee

photo Gary Ashton

As some of you may be aware, in February 2007, I managed to pick up a new client from my websites www.Nashville.com and www.NashvillesMLS.com Nothing out of the ordinary there. The site generates between 20 and 50 inquiries a day. However this lead was to have a huge impact on the development of the Ashton Real Estate Group. The inquiry was from Susan Reinfeldt who is the wife of then Assistant GM at the Seattle Seahawks NFL team Mike Reinfeldt.

Mike Reinfeldt: GM of The Tennessee Titans

I managed to end up working with Mike and Susan and assisted them in finding their home in Nashville as Mike had accepted the job as the head of the Titans organisation in Nashville. As I worked with the Reinfeldts I became aware that their daughter had leukemia…

Todays seller is more than ever aware that to sell their home they need a realtor that has a good presence on the internet. RE/MAX has utilsed the branding developed over the last twenty  or more years and has been aggresively using the TV media to promote its own…

Nashville Home Renovation And Custom Builds

photo Gary Ashton

Nashville Home Renovation

The market for home renovation is huge. The last 5 years have seen an explosion in the do it yourself craze of room make overs and advice from interior designers.

If you are in the situtation where you already live in a $1 million home and you feel you've out grown it or you need a change then an option is to look at adding that extra bedroom or bonus room.

The concept is quite simple really. Add another bay to your existing 3 car garage or raise the roof line etc but finding a builder who is capable of doing this work has been difficult in Nashville until Frank Santas started to expand his upscale construction business. "as the market slows down in terms of new builds, I've been able to focus on other areas of the business…

Is There A Slow Down In The Nashville Real Estate Market?

photo Gary Ashton

As a Realtor in the Nashville real estate market and as the exclusive Realtor for www.Nashville.com I deal every day with out of state buyers who are moving to the Nashville Metropolitan area.

Housing Demand in Nashville

From my point of view it would seem that the demand for Nashville hasn't really changed. The number of inquiries I receive at my site hasn't been reduced. We still average about 35 leads a day and 90% of all the leads are out of state clients.

The clients that I have been working with recently have all had the same desire to move to Nashville, for various reasons, but the ability to move has been hindered by their home town real estate market. If they can't buy in Nashville until they sell in their home town this then impacts the…
