Real Estate Connections

I've in real estate for 7 years now and have managed to grow the business to a point where my agents are dealing with the clients that we generate probably more so than me. As the use of the internet has grown in real estate I've tried to adapt my business to meet the demands of home buyers by developing sites like www.NashvilleBuyers.com and www.NashvillesMLS.com

However, I'm still very active in the real estate world, and have clients that are just as interesting and diverse as when I first started.

Mike Reinfeldt is perhaps one of the most publicly well known clients that I have. Mike is the GM for the Tennessee Titans and he became a client when he was offered the position of GM at Tennessee by the owner Bud Adams.

Ron Musick is the lesser well known co founder of Wendy's Hamburgers. Ron became a client in early 2004 when he and his son were buying property in the Franklin area of Williamson county.

Just recently I have been working with Nick Raskulinecz who is the award winning producer who is considering a move to the Nashville area with his family.

One thing all this clients have in common is their desire to find a home in the Nashville area and their starting point for finding that home....the internet.  Once they saw the value in my site and the usefullness of working with a realtor that had a good knowledge of the area and was experienced in real estate transactions they decided to work with me :)

Now that I have become involved with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society the connections I have made in the past are helping to forge new connections all in the good cause of blood cancer research.

Because of clients of mine that moved to the Governors Club in Brentwood Tennessee I met the builder of the home they bought. The builder introduced me to the new sales agent at the Governors Clu, Kirk Klafter, and Kirk introduced me to the head of the marketing company promoting the Governors Club, Susan Verlander.
