Hidden River is a gated community in Franklin Tennessee that is propably the very pinnacle of the real estate market in the Nashville Tennessee area.

The natural beauty of theis upscale estate home community is something that never will lose its appeal. As a result homes in the subdivision do not come on the market very frequently and even though the entry level is around $3,500,000 these homes don't stay on the market for long either.

The level lots are all around 8 acres and more and in some case over 20 acres. The community is surround by the river which is hidden from immeadiate view buy all the trees, hence the name Hidden River.

The community was originally built with the idea of the owners all having their personal horses living on the grounds but now less and less owners have horses and the grounds are just immaculate show pieces for the horticultural community to admire.
