Nashville 2006

This was another great year for Nashville real estate and the growth of the market. Homes were selling with one day of being listed and multiple offers were common place.

The growth in the real estate market shows no sign of stopping in 2007. Inquiries at my own web site have never been stronger and even with a team of 16 agents staying on top of all the inquiries is a full time job in itself!

The success of the market in Nashville may in some small way also be attributable to the wealth of information available to the home buyer today. Until just recently the home buyer had to rely on out of date real estate magazines with homes that were for sale 2 months ago and were only there now to generate more inquiries for the listing…

Nashville TN has been voted the number one City in the USA for corporations to relocate to. This is fantastic news for the overall economy of the City and the surrounding communities on all levels.

One area of the Nashville real estate market that is directly benefitting is the growth of the luxury real estate market.

Only a couple of years ago a home that would list for 2 million dollars was probably at the top of the luxury home listings in terms of value. Now two million dollars is almost at the entry level of the upscale estate homes that are in so much demand.
