Phoenix Home Sale Stats are up

Good News for Phoenix Arizona Home owners.

The amount of homes sold in September 2008 jumped up to around 6,100 from 5,700 in August.  The only problem is home prices have to failed to climb in fact prices have dropped tremendously.  The drop in prices has caused a surge in the Phoenix market causing more houses to sell.
