Foreclosure and Short Sale Listings in Boca Raton FL

I have just added some pages to my Boca Raton Real Estate website about the abundance of foreclosures and shortsales that have come to the market. It seems like every other new listing is either a bank owned property or a short sale. If you are interested in Boca Raton Foreclosures or Boca Raton Short Sales  you should definitely contact either me or a member of my team as they are very tricky and difficult to navigate.

Gloria, this kind of post is not acceptable at REW Blogs, it's basically just "link spam" - if you are going to post here, we certainly welcome the contributions, but they must be unique and insightful not just a paragraph used an excuse to send yourself links.

Normally you would be flagged by a moderator - but as an SEO customer, I think we can use this as a teaching tool to help bring your blogging up to par.

So first off - it's ok to link to your site (in your signature etc) but not like this. Your blog posts should be much longer and more insightful (not a short advertisement as this one is) - they should be of interest #1 to potential customers reading it (and if done tastefully can of course drive traffic back to your site via links just pick your spots) but #2 they are a reflection of who you are to the rest of the REW and extended blogging community.

If you put this kind of blog post out there - what does it say to the world and more importantly to other bloggers? This person is uninteresting, uncreative and lazy - that's what. No offence is meant here, I am trying to be constructive - I know for a fact you don't want to be seen that way, so even if you blog less often, put in the time and make sure every blog post represents you in a way you can be proud of.

I think you will find over time - that blogging with quality vs quantity will net you a lot more gains both SEO and traffic wise.

Good luck.

Incidentally, here is a blog post from one of our most recent LEC customers (also one of Real Estate's most respected bloggers) on a similar topic.

Take a look at the time and effort he clearly put into that post and compare it to what we are reviewing here.

Notice how many comments he has on that post already? Certainly someone worth watching, befrending and learning from.

Morgan sorry did not mean to offend... I was just actually trying to get the hang of the platform.... I had seen some posts on the REW blogs which were basically blurbs about listings, a sentence or two, and then a link to the listings. Is that okay? What's the difference. Thanks for the link to the Phoenix real estate guy... that is intimidating and would take me an entire day to do a post like that. Very impressive. There must be some happy medium?

Also what are the reasons to post here versus my other blog? This is all so confusing! Thank you for the constructive criticism.
