Just listed a 4bedroom house in Mississauga. Believe it or not, I had 41 showings in 5 days. To my surprise there have been no offers yet. Two agents called because their clients like the house very much and they wanted to prepare an offer. The house is on the market for 6 days now and I expect to sell it next week (hopefully). Toronto's Real Estate have been experiencing a low number of sales and falling prices since second quarter of last year. By the end of 2008 homes stayed in the market for a long time with no or little showings booked. At times, even lowering price bellow market would not help.
