Granny needs help

My husband and I are at our wits end.  We have made some foolish mistakes and need help.  We owned our home of 28 years free and clear.  Our daughter who is a real estate agent suggested that we sell it and go together with her and her husband to buy a larger property.  We agreed because we believed it would be of mutual benefit.  My husband was in poor health and my daughter had two full time jobs and a 9 year old daughter to raise.  I could help with childcare, laundry, and errands.  She would help us with any health issues that arose.

To make a very long story shorter I will simply say we were robbed by our daughter.  We made her a $7000 loan, paid the full $180.000 agreed upon sale price, serious problems arose with the property forcing us to mediate with the sellers.  We received a $290,000 settlement, $75,000 was to be our share.  She kept it.  Then she kept an additional $27,000 of our .money that she was keeping in a CD  pending outcome of the mediation.  When we protested she served us with an eviction notice.  We got a lawyer but we are running out of money and he's about to cut us loose.  It's a long story I will write it in chapters.  If you have any ideas or advice it would be really appreciated.
