The Greenville South Carolina downtown condo market is experiencing substantial growth right now. New developments like the Terrace at Riverplace, 155 Riverplace, Poinsett Corners, Field House at West End, and The Bookends are transforming the look of the entire downtown area. Most of the new condo developers are strategically placing the new developments in close proximity to the popular award winning Main Street and North Main area.
