River Falls Park - Downtown Greenville South Carolina

If you’re unfamiliar with downtown Greenville South Carolina, you might be missing one of Greenville’s most incredible features. River Falls Park, the newly built park in the heart of downtown was designed to showcase the natural beauty of Reedy River Falls.

 

 

 

 

Designed by landscape architect Andrea Mains, the park features walking trails, public gardens, and a $4.5 million pedestrian bridge which spans over the main falls. The Liberty Bridge is the focal point of Falls Park, providing excellent views of the falls and gardens below.

 

 

 

River Falls Park is part of the $70 million renovation project in downtown Greenville. The project includes new mixed use developments for office space, retail, and residential units. The park is also close to the Greenville Drive Baseball stadium, the Peace Center for the Performing Arts, and numerous new restaurants.
