The Lofts at Mills Mill development is a new renovation project in Greenville South Carolina at the corner of Guess St. and Mills Ave. The project involves the conversion of an old cotton mill into new luxury lofts units. 

The Lofts units feature 16 foot ceilings, 9 foot windows, gated parking, an indoor workout room, a community pool, and a rooftop deck.
 
 
The Lofts are also in close proximity to Greenville’s downtown, the Greenville Drive Baseball Stadium, the Bi-Lo Center, the Peace Center, River Falls Park, as well as many other popular sites in the downtown area. The Lofts are also close to I-85 and I-385.
 
For the period from March 2007 to March 2008 The Lofts at Mills Mill units are selling from the 160s for one bedroom units to the lower 300s for two bedroom units. The average days on the market are around 100 days.
