Brea Bank Repos, Brea Foreclosures, Brea REOs

The Brea bank repos I've seen lately are in pretty good condition, underpriced, and have been selling quickly with multiple offers.  This is totally in contrast to what I was seeing before -- homes with roof leaks, mold, broken windows, punched-in walls and doors.  In one home I previewed, the place was stripped clean -- not only of the usual appliances - but even of the cabinets...and yes, the kitchen sink.

I currently have a bank repo in escrow in the Olinda Ranch area of Brea.    The home is in great condition other than a horrible paint job inside, and some dirty carpets.  The home is being sold for 10% under the last sale a couple of weeks ago, and this home has a nice hills view.  I am so ready for it to close since I've lost some hair on the deal -- my buyers were out of the country for the three weeks following acceptance.

You can view the bank repo listings in Brea, Fullerton, and other North Orange County by going to Orange County REOs.
