Louisville CO Homes and Real Estate Strong November Growth Louisville, CO posted 15 sales in November 2009 compared to 5 in November 2008. Inventory Numbers were very simlilar with 65 and 63 properties on the market respectively. This is in increase of sales of over 300%.
