Ft. Myers Beach Home Sales Jan-Sept 2007*:

- Average Sales Price - $639,987
- Median Sales Price - $571,750
- Average Days on Market - 132
Ft. Myers Beach Condominium Sales Jan-Sept 2007*:
- 110 Closed Sales
- Average Sales Price - $542,120
- Median Sales Price - $535,000
- Average Days on Market - 168
In comparison with 2006 sales data, we've seen a 13% decrease in the average price for homes and a 10% decrease in the average price for condominiums. Average days on market rose by 15% for homes and 42% for condominiums.
Because Ft. Myers Beach is an island resort destination, it is a highly desirable place to live.
