The 2007 year end Pelican Landing real estate market statistics report for both homes and condominiums are listed below. Pelican Landing is an upscale gated golf community with excellent amenities and is considered one of Bonita Springs' premier communities.
Pelican Landing distinguishes itself by being the only community in the area to own a private barrier island on the Gulf of Mexico. The island includes a 32 acre beach park that residents have daily access to via a community run boat shuttle service. Residents can also opt for membership in the Pelican's Nest Golf Club. Its two 18 hole Tom Fazio designed golf courses are considered by many as some of the best available here in Southwest Florida.

Pelican Landing Home Sales 2007*:

- Median Sales Price - $690,000
- Average Price/Sq. Foot - $283.18

Pelican Landing Condominium Sales 2007*:
- 34 Closed Sales
- Average Sales Price - $363,957
- Median Sales Price - $352,000
- Average Price/Sq. Foot - $194.06
- Average Days on Market - 169
In comparison with 2006 sales data, we've seen a 17% decrease in the average price for homes and a 13% decrease in the average price for condominiums. Average days on market rose by 51% for homes and 16% for condominiums.
There are currently 50 homes and 61 condominiums for sale in Pelican Landing. Examples include a Lakemont home under $650K, 3 Bay Cedar homes under $600K and a Heron Glen home at $490K. Condominiums include 12 units in Cypress Island, Lakemont Cove, The Reserve, Sawgrass Point, Southbridge and The Pointe all under $300K.
