The 2007 year end Lely Resort real estate market statistics report for both homes and condominiums are listed below. Lely Resort is an upscale gated golf community that includes an amenity rich, sophisticated and luxurious style of living and is considered one of Naples' premier communities.
Lely Resort offers 54 holes of truly championship golf designed by Robert Trent Jones, Lee Trevino and Gary Player with two traditional and expansive country clubs. And, the new 20,000 square foot Player's Club & Spa includes amenities that range from luxurious massage therapy, steam saunas and spa, to state of the art fitness and tennis centers with a resort style pool and artificial beach. For residents convenience and enjoyment, there is also a movie theater and elegant dining facilities, an extensive childrens play area and yoga garden. Lely Resort Home Sales 2007*:

- Average Sales Price - $654,336
- Median Sales Price - $601,500
- Average Price/Sq. Foot - $276.93

Lely Resort Condominium Sales 2007*:
- 24 Closed Sales
- Average Sales Price - $359,658
- Median Sales Price - $352,500
- Average Price/Sq. Foot - $199.41
- Average Days on Market - 162
In comparison with 2006 sales data, for this same time period, we've seen a 23% decrease in the average price for homes and a 14% decrease in the average price for condominiums. Average days on market rose by 21% for homes and 36% for condominiums.
There are currently 164 homes and 130 condominiums for sale in Lely Resort. In addition to the number of home and condominium choices, prices have decreased substantially. There are 21 homes under $500K and 6 under $400K. The same is true for condos, with 31 currently priced under $300K and 10 under $250K.
