The 2007 Ft. Myers Beach real estate sales statistics for both homes and condominiums are listed below. Ft. Myers Beach is the "happening" locale on Southwest Florida's Lee Island Coast. Ft. - Median Sales Price - $488,750

In comparison with 2006 sales data, we've seen a 9% decrease in the average price for homes and a 8% decrease in the average price for condominiums. Average days on market rose by 8% for homes and 48% for condominiums.
