CEO of Real Estate Webmaster's Challenge Relating to Louisville Kentucky Real Estate

The CEO proposed a challenge to his local realtor.  He is performing a study to decide on whether or not his very powerful real estate website can sell his personal property quicker than a local real estate person in the community.  I told him that my money was going to have to go the local realtor, but I want to clarify my opinion.

I can only speak on the probability of the scenario happening in Louisville Kentucky.  Real estate markets are different everywhere in the world, so that needed to be said.  The fact is, once the newely listed property is put on the local MLS service, it will be instantly marketed by 1,00's of local real estate people.  These 100's of realtor will forward this new property listing to 1,000's of potential buyers.

When the new listing is put on the powerful internet website, it will be viewed in passing by 1,000's, but these unique visitors are not necessarily interested in that specific piece of property.  When the property is listed by a local realtor, they keep a database of 1,000's of potential buyers that will be listed in that specific type of real estate. 

My conclusion, the property has the best chance of selling within a month by the local realtors.  However, if the property takes time to sell, chances are it would be better listed on the powerful online website.  Over time, the powerful online presence will surpass the immidiate attention the local realtors can give it.  Again, when pertaining to Campbellsville real estate, this is what I feel this study would conclude.
