At what point will our local Kentucky cattle farms completely sell out? It boils down to pride and family heritage vs. money. The last statistic I heard that pertained to the marketing of real estate with a yard dign, at least in the Louisville area, was back in 1998. 7% of all home sales were contributed to that fact that somebody called and bought a piece of real estate based upon a sign for sale put in the yard.
