In January of 2001 I began working for Shorewood Realtors and have been working full time as a South Bay real estate agent since. I feel that growing up in Manhattan Beach has given me an advantage over other agents. For starters I know the South Bay extremely well. I know the schools and the areas better than most. In addition I am not only licensed as an agent but I'm also a Certified Accredited Buyer Representative(ABR®). To me, being a realtor carries an enormous amount of responsibility. The experience of buying and selling is both complicated and emotional. So much is at stake. Some clients are counting on us to sell their investment at the best price possible. Others are entrusting us to find them a home that their family can grow into. There is so much to think about that can get overlooked if you aren’t working with a professional. My clients are counting on my mother and I to perform for them and I make a solemn promise to each of you that is exactly what we will do.
