According to CNN.com, the nation's most undervalued real estate market is fabulous Las Vegas, Nevada. In fact they're reporting that homes in Las Vegas are currently selling for 41% below fair market value. We're not sure about that, but we have seen some amazing condo deals closing lately. Ellen Noble, our Austin partner agent, reports that downtown Austin is buzzing about the upcoming Brazos Place Condos auction.
