Life at The Millennium Condos of San Francisco

“La Vie” is the new lifestyle club for the residents of Millennium Tower in San Francisco and we wanted to give you an insider’s look.  Conceived as a social network within the building, “La Vie” has developed into the urban equivalent of a block party. The organizers have done their best to make sure there is something that appeals to everyone.

The Club Level Concierge introduced the new program with an introductory letter that was delivered to each resident.  The calendar consists for a monthly schedule ranging from “Fireside Chat” with Carmen Policy of the San Francisco 49ers, to “Share A Bottle Night", in which each participating homeowner will share great wine with their neighbors.  Additional activities include a private concert on the terrace featuring songwriter Eoin Harrington and a weekly movie night in the private screening room.

The Millennium continues to raise the bar for San Francisco Condos in ways that we didn’t expect.  It's a fact that creating a strong community within the building will not only enhance the sales in the short term but will create long-lasting value that will benefit the current and future homeowners.  The healthiest Home Owner Associations are one in which there are strong and active participants, and The Millennium figured that out right from the starting line.  So even if you aren’t keen on joining in on all the activities, you will surly see a return as a homeowner at The Millennium.
