Ryland Homes Eagles Nest is featuring 2-story single family homes that range in price from $189,995 - $223,995 and will also range in square footage from 1839 – 2584. 

Beazer Homes Eagles Nest will feature one and 2-story single family homes that range in price from $169,900 - $217,900 and range in square footage from 1950 – 3906.

It should be noted that Eagles Nest has the possibility of being annexed by neighboring Whitestown.  What this would immediately mean is that you would pay taxes to Whitestown, but still have a Zionsville address with Zionsville Schools.
