The Bridgewater Club in Carmel Indiana is one the area’s finest luxury golf course communities.  Masterfully planned, the development boasts an unbelievable array of amenities including a fitness center, a full service restaurant, a 25 meter pool and much much more. 
As you will see in the numbers, Bridgewater has a very wide assortment of homes ranging from villas to multi-million dollar estates on estate sized lots. It is important to keep in mind that the Bridgewater Club is still being developed and most of the builder’s number will not be in here:

      
   
Number of homes sold: Up 14% over last year, much better than the rest of the market.

Average Selling Price: Down 11% over last year, but with so few homes being sold and such a drastic price difference, one or two homes could skew the numbers.

Days on the market: Days on the market is actually down 11% over last year.  Considering the price point of these homes, 142 days is pretty good.

Price Per Square Foot: Down 8% over last year, but still almost double what you will elsewhere.
