The Village of West Clay in Carmel Indiana is an extremely unique, extremely diverse mixed use community that boasts a mind boggling diversity of architecture and is a masterpiece of community development. West Clay offers people looking for Carmel real esate anything from a quaint condo or villa, to an estate sized home worth well over $1,000,000. As you can see West Clay offers an amazing diversity in home options; with the lowest priced home selling for under $100,000 while the most expensive sold for almost $2,000,000. The number of homes sold in down 9% over last year, however this does not take into account homes that were sold and not listed in the MLS. The good news from these statistics is that the average selling price is up by almost 40% over last year. The number of homes sold being down 9% is not really a cause for concern when you consider this is below the area’s average and when you consider the 40% increase in average sales price.
