Saxony, once completed, will offer several thousand homes, townhomes, and apartments along with retail, office, and commercial space. The homes in Saxony vary greatly in both size and price; there are low maintenance townhomes available for under $200,000 along with custom homes that are priced above $600,000. The "Saxony Village" will be an outdoor lifestyle center similiar to other malls in the area (Hamilton Town Center, Carmel Clay Terrace, etc.) and will be located just south of 146th street, and just west of Olio Road. Directly across Olio Road to the East will be the "Saxony Commons" which will have your mega "Strip Mall" tenants.
