Sunblest Farms in Fishers Indiana offers an amazingly affordable solution to live in Fishers and take advantage of the location and schools that Fishers has to offer.  Sunblest Farms sits in the southern portion of Fishers which allows for easy commutes to downtown, Carmel, and of course Fishers.  One of the most attractive qualities of Sunblest Farms is that it offers affordable homes ranging in price from the low 100’s to the low 200’s.

While I am admittedly way outclassed in this competition, I thought it would be fun and a good learning experience to throw my tiny hat in the ring on this one.  I don’t really know if I can add any tips, but I hope to learn a good deal by going through this exercise. 

So without knowing what I am getting into or what to expect here is my bid for the greatest real estate agent in the world.
