I have noticed a difference in Cedar City Utah real estate where buyers want to see the virtual tours of homes several times before they step foot into the home.
A lot of people that are looking at real estate from another state will want to see homes and properties in a visual form. There have been a lot of people who have come to see Cedar City festivals. The Shakespearen festival and the surrounding areas attracts thousands of people a year.
A lot of people want to see photos of Cedar City to be able to see what the landscape is like and where shopping and schools are.
