Using pictures of surrounding areas can help
Posted Jun 5, 2008 @ 1:30 pm, Viewed by 387 Visitors, Read 396 Times.A lot of people have asked us: what is the Cedar City Utah Real Estate market like and what does the area look like. I have found it beneficial to the visitors of my website to put pictures of Cedar City Utah on the site because then it provides more value to them if they are not from the area.
Not only do people want to see what the cities, homes, and area looks like they want to know what the realtors look like. As people visit websites for real estate agents in Cedar City they want to know about Richard and Gin Bontadelli to have a better understanding of who they are talking on the phone to.
Always use pictures. As they say a picture is worth a 1000 words.
Richard and Gin Bontadelli

The same goes for your listings. Photographs sell listings! Take the time to learn how to take great photos of listings and/or hire a professional. I agree that photos are very helpful to consumers on real estate sites.
I've been working on adding photos to mine on a regular basis. I now come up in the SERPs for various "pictures of" Bend Oregon type phrases.
