What is the right loan

The Cedar City Utah real estate market is facing pretty much what every other market is facing. The home prices are going down and it is definitely a buyers market. The buyers are always looking at prices which is good however they are not looking at what loan is right for them. The interest rates are always on every one's mind, but what they should be thinking about is what loan they should have.
