New Providence New Jersey goes green!!

Only if you are talking about conservation issues.  As for home sales, October is shaping up to be a very slow month for New Providence Real Estate Sales.

To date we have seen just 1 homes transfer to their new owner.  The number of homes on the market has been stacking up for the past several months.  Things are starting to look pretty good for the home buyers.

New Providence NJ Real Estate has been effected along with the rest of the region by the credit issues facing the mortgage industry.   Things are starting to moderate but it is going to take time for all the issues to work there way out of the mortgage system.

As for going green in New Providence NJ, I believe that most of the green gains are to be had in our own home.  Replacing regular light bulbs with compact fluorescent bulbs, more insulation in the attic, more efficient windows, a tune up for the heating and cooling system...

If you would like to do a little market research on New Providence NJ Real Estate I have a nice MLS tool for you to use for free.  Please use it as much as you like.
