Going Green in Madison NJ 07940

If you are talking about environmental issues only that is.  When it comes to real estate their are many home sellers in Madison New Jersey who have been seeing red this fall of 2007.

October was yet another slow month for home sellers in Madison NJ and the whole of Morris County New Jersey for that matter.  Just 9 homes transferred to new owners in Madison NJ in October.  We continue to see price reductions and some homes just plain being withdrawn from the market.

What does this all mean for that daring home buyer out their wanting to purchase a home but just unsure if the time is right?  As with other investments the time is right when the news media and everyone around you is saying the time is wrong.  The crowd is always wrong, It is that way in the stock market, and it is that way in the Real Estate market.  If you are wanting to get the best deal possible, NOW IS THE TIME!!!

As for going green in Madison New Jersey, I believe that most of the green gains are to be had in our own home.  Replacing regular light bulbs with compact fluorescent bulbs, more insulation in the attic, more efficient windows, a tune up for the heating and cooling system...
