It took a average of 97 days to sell a Chatham NJ boro home in 2007 as compaired to 98 days to sell a Chatham NJ Boro home in 2006. 

The numbers are not very different from 2006 to 2007 though the pricing of a home and marketing abilities of the Chatham NJ REALTOR make a very big difference.  Be aware of then when interviewing a Chatham NJ REALTOR to sell your home.  The old way of just hiring your sister or a family friend could end up costing you tens of thousands of dollars.
