How The Midtown Direct Train Line Affects Home Prices

Many people who live in one of the Midtown Direct towns already may know this, but that train line really helps property values.  It looks like in the future the Midtown Direct train line will enhance property values even more than it does today.

With fuel prices looking like they will be $3 or higher for the foreseeable future and more and more people trying to be eco friendly there are going to be more and more people wanting the ability to walk or bike to a train station so that they can commute into New York City or some of the Eastern New Jersey cities. 

When looking for a home in Northern New Jersey, you would be very wise to keep this trend in mind and give the train line towns extra consideration.
