New Jersey Real Estate Market Showing Early Signs Of Recovery

That is the phrase coming from some of the long time New Jersey real estate market experts.  They sighted the increase in overall home sales from the month of March to the month of April this year.  The first time that has happened since the same period of 2005.  One of the experts was also sighting that as a whole the number of homes under contract has increased for 4 month in a row.

I can state that I am working with and hearing from more home buyers over the last few months than I had been in February and March of this year.  Over all it still seems to me that the home buyers are being careful but they are willing to buy.

If you are a home buyer, what does this mean to you?  It means that there is competition out there for the homes which are a good value and are in good updated condition.  If you find one that you like, I would say it would be a mistake to sit back and wait a few weeks to make a decision, you may just find that someone else likes that home as well.

If you would like to do a little research on homes for sale here in Norther New Jersey, visit Maplewood NJ Real Estate. Hey everyone, I am 26 and currently a first time home buyer in the market to buy a home in New Jersey around the shore area. With student loans still needing to be paid for and how expensive things are today, its a bit of relief to see the housing market fall to a level that some of us can afford. Personally, I am glad to see its a buyer’s market. My realtor Name Removed of in Ocean, NJ helped me out alot and guided me through the process. He is really great and knows how to take advantage of the buyer’s market for home buyer’s in NJ. Check out his website if your interested, Your NJ Real Estate.
