South Orange NJ Luxury Real Estate

When people think of Luxury real estate along the Midtown Direct New Jersey Transit train line, they normally think of Millburn / Short Hills, & Summit New Jersey.  Of course there is Luxury real estate in other towns as well.

South Orange is especially great in that it is a few stops closer in to Manhattan on the Midtown Direct train line.  You also get more for your money in South Orange than you do in many of the other well known towns.

Here are the Luxury homes which have sold in South Orange NJ so far this year.

  1. 20  Tillou Road, West  TwnEndUn 3br 3.1ba $999,000  70 DOM
  2. 40  TILLOU RD WEST  TwnEndUn 3br 5.1ba $1,025,000  10 DOM
  3. 152  CHARLTON AVE  Tudor 5br 3.1ba $1,600,000  0 DOM

I went through several blogs on real estate as I am seeking to invest in property. Your blog space offered me a pool of wonderful reasons to invest in South Orange properties. I would also share with others like me interested in buying property that Maplewood Real Estate has equally good deals on property. Otherwise this was a poor attempt at spaming James Boyers blog with a link to my own website for no other reason but self promotion.

I do wish that people would post more on topic responses to these blogs.  I wrote a post that was fairly simple about the South Orange NJ Real Estate market and I get someone trying to write a comment all about selling their own market in some other state which is not likly to find any interested readers here in New Jersey.

No offense James, but honestly with blogging you will find that the quality of response and comments in a blog is directly related to the quality and perceived effort put in on the part of the blogger. If you want less spammy, more topical comments (And lots of them) you need to first put in the effort.

What you wrote in this blog post looks and reads like a spammy ad - it makes sense that a reader would assume they should follow suit no?

Bottom line - if you put real effort and personality into your blogging, your commentors will do the same.

I'm down the shore, looking at investment properties in Monmouth and Ocean Counties. Some of the areas have really gone down in price, as I'm sure you all know. One of the sites really helped me along and is currently running a series on investing. www.yournjrealestate.com is very infromational and practical in today's market.
