New Jersey Real Estate Expert, Really??
Real Estate Agent, Are you a New Jersey Real Estate Expert? Really??
There are many people out there calling themselves NJ Real Estate Experts, Or Morris County Real Estate Expert, Or Summit NJ Real Estate Expert or ... But based on what?
Is there really such a thing as a NJ Real Estate Expert? Personally I think that there is not such a person. There are just to many differences between towns, counties, and even neighborhoods for this title to apply.
The best approach is to interview at least 3 NJ REALTORS before choosing the REALTOR that is right for your needs.
My personal advice would be that at least one or two of them should be a REALTOR your found on the web, (especially if you are a home seller) because over 80% of the home buyers are…

According to a study which was released on Thursday, New Jersey's population has reached 21.6% foreign born.
With the numbers of immigrants moving to New Jersey ever increasing, and the numbers of non-immigrant New Jersey residents moving to other states increasing, we will soon reach the all time high level of 26% foreign born residents. That number of foreign born residents was last reached in 1910.
The report revealed that the last 7 years have seen the largest level of immigration in our history, both in New Jersey and nationally, with 1.5 million legal and illegal immigrants arriving in the country each year. Since the year 2000 New Jersey has taken in 589,000 new immigrants, only Texas and California took in more. The Children of immigrants now…

What Should You Do When Your House Does Not Sell?
The longer your home sites on the market, the less likely you are to get a price that you are going to like. Avoid waiting to long to make a decision.
Listen To A Professional Realtors Feedback
Ask your real estate professional to poll his or her colleagues who have shown your home. If location is the problem, you may not have any choice but to reduce your price. But if your home's appearance is the issue, deal with what seems to be holding buyers back, such as cleaning up the basement or painting the inside.
Reduce Your Homes Price
This is the most obvious decision. If the real estate market has slowed since you listed your home six weeks ago, the comparable recent home sales you used to set your…

I thought it was a buyers market in New Jersey Real Estate!!
Here is a little background on how a New Jersey Real Estate Transaction happens once you select a house, so that you will better understand what has happened. New Jersey is a Attorney State. The Legislature has taken almost all control of the nj real estate transaction our of the Realtors hands. In actuality a Realtor cannot write a contract for purchase of a home, only a proposal for purchase. Only the Attorneys can write a actual contract. It gets even worse, both the buyer and the seller each have to have their own Attorney, More than double the cost involved. Then there is a Attorney review period (usually about 3 business days) where ether the buyer or the seller can back out for any…
