Florham Park is also close to good road transportation, with Hwy 24, I287, I78, and the Garden State Parkway just minutes away as well.  There is also abundant shopping close buy, with the Short Hills Mall just 2 or 3 miles down the road, Madison, & Chatham Downtowns just a few Miles, as well as the Hwy 10 shopping corridor.

Market Update:  August 2007 we continue to see a slow but steady improvment in home sales here in Florham Park NJ.  The number of homes on the market has been steady to slightly lower each month as fewer homes come on the market and more sell.  The home buyers are now willing to purchase homes as long as the pricing of the home makes sense.
