The Morristown Real Estate Market is holding its own.  There are currently 151 homes on the market as of the end of May there were 151 homes on the market & 50 homes under contract.  These numbers highlight the importance of making sure that you hire the best Realtor to market your home, and to price your home properly from the start.  The old method of pricing a home high and hoping to get it and reducing if you don't does not work well anymore. 

Today pricing a home aggressively as compared to its competition is the best way to make sure to get the best price for your home, and hopefully a bidding war on it as well.
